Conservation?

It is early in the nineties. The fences between the Kruger National Park and the Private Nature Reserves located to its west have been dropped. Elephant culling has been stopped.

That is history. Today the elephant population in the Greater Kruger Park is at more than double the carrying capacity of the land. Is it not time to stop the habitat destruction?
