In die gees van alles wat groen en volhoubaar is, nooi LitNet jou om jou kreatiwiteit vrye teuels te gee deur woorde te herwin – aanlyn.
Vind ’n stuk skryfwerk aanlyn wat jou interesseer – dit kan ’n gedig, kortverhaal, artikel, advertensie, resensie of enige ander stuk teks wees waarop jy afkom terwyl jy aanlyn rondswerf. Gebruik die elemente van hierdie teks en skep ’n gedig deur woorde, reëls en paragrawe op te knip, rond te skuif en weer te plak – met ander woorde te herwin.

Stuur jou gedig en die URL van die oorspronklike teks na gedigte@litnet.co.za en ons sal dit op LitNet publiseer. Jy kan jou gedig oortik en as ’n Word-dokument instuur, of jy kan jou knip-en-plak-skepping skandeer en dit in .jpg-formaat e-pos.
Onthou: Moenie plagieer nie! Die gedig moet nie ’n kopie van die oorspronklike wees nie. Die idee is om die woorde en frases te herorganiseer sodat dit ’n hele nuwe gedig skep.

Writing recycled
In the spirit of all that is green and sustainable, LitNet is inviting you to let your creativity loose by recycling words online.
Find a piece of online writing that tickles your fancy – it can be a poem, short story, article, advertisement, review or any other text you’ve stumbled upon while surfing the net. Use elements from this text and create a poem by cutting, rearranging and pasting – in other words, recycling – words, lines or paragraphs.
Send your poem and the URL of the original text to poetry@litnet.co.za and we’ll publish it on LitNet. You can either retype your poem and send it along in a Word document or cut and paste your new creation, scan the hard copy, and send it in .jpg format.

Remember: Do not plagiarise! Your poem must not be a copy of the original. The idea is to rearrange the words/phrases in such a way as to create an entirely new poem.
